These terms govern your use of bilargo.com (this website) and nothing else. Once a Bilargo product is released, its own terms are published on its own site.

Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may browse it freely. You agree not to misuse or interfere with the site’s operation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, logos, and design — is the property of Bilargo unless otherwise noted, and you may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission. That does not cover third-party material we redistribute with the site, such as the Fraunces and Inter typefaces: those remain subject to the licenses they are distributed under, which are listed in third-party-licenses.txt.

Disclaimer

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for damage caused intentionally, and nothing in them affects the rights you have as a consumer. Subject to that, this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Bilargo is not liable to users who are not consumers for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. That choice does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection of provisions that cannot be derogated from under the law of the country where you habitually reside. Disputes are heard by the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
